But I don’t rely on that alone; I’m equally driven by the journey, not just the outcome. I love watching others solve puzzles, not to find answers, but to understand how they think. I’m inspired by the quiet moments— enjoying the view from a balcony, the hum of a train, or the rhythm of a song that mirrors my thoughts—because that’s where clarity emerges. I lead not with authority, but with care: making people feel seen, valued, and capable. And when I do something that helps someone—whether it’s a breakthrough idea or just a moment of calm—I know I’ve done my job.
